4. Third-Party Rules and Ban Risk

6. Licence Duration
Time-limited licences are valid for the period displayed on the product page and at checkout. The licence period begins upon activation unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
If a product is sold as a “Lifetime” licence, this means the commercially supported lifetime of that specific product. It does not mean the natural lifetime of the customer.
7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Our products are digital content that is normally delivered immediately after payment.
Where permitted by applicable law, by expressly requesting immediate delivery and acknowledging the loss of your cancellation right, you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery or access begins.
A refund may be considered when:

A refund is not normally provided for:

8. Compatibility, Updates and Downtime
Game updates, operating-system updates, anti-cheat changes, driver changes and other third-party updates may affect product compatibility or availability.
Products may temporarily be placed under maintenance while they are updated, tested or reviewed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future update.
If downtime materially prevents access during a paid licence period, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required by law. This may include an extension, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.
9. Account and Licence Security
You are responsible for protecting your account, email address, password, licence key, Discord account and device.
We may temporarily restrict access where we detect suspected licence sharing, fraud, unusual account activity or a security risk.
10. Payments and Chargebacks
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected during checkout.
Fraudulent payments, false payment disputes and chargeback abuse may result in licence termination and restriction of future purchases. Genuine payment disputes do not remove any rights provided by applicable law.
Please contact our support team first if you believe an order or payment is incorrect so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access following a serious breach of these Terms, including licence sharing, resale, leaking, reverse engineering, fraud or attacks against our services.
A licence terminated because of a serious breach will not normally qualify for a refund, except where a refund is required by law.
12. Intellectual Property
Our website, branding, graphics, documentation, software, loaders, configurations and original content belong to ASH Cheats or the relevant licensors.
Third-party trademarks, product names and game names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASH Cheats is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from third-party account bans, lost game progress, lost ranks, lost skins, platform restrictions or actions taken by game developers or anti-cheat providers.
We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
